Here is what you have to do for each of these.
ADMINISTRATOR
-Be kind to all members
-Be an experianced role player
-Be a member of my forum for a month
-Be an admin of another site/forum/blog (or have a very high position)
-Have at least 100 posts
-Be respectful to all members
-Have been a global mod (on this site) first
-Have at least three referances that are not alter egoes of yourself
GLOBAL MODERATOR
-Be kind to all members
-Be respectful to all members
-Be an experianced role player
-Have had a high position on at least one other forum/blog/site
-Have at least 50 posts
-Have been a mod (on this site) first
MODERATOR
-Be kind to all members
-Be respectful to all members
-Have had at least 25 posts
-Has and will follow all rules
-Has some role playing experiance
